THE OSCARS

No huge surprises at all with the the exception of Best Actress going to Marion Cotillard in La Vie en Rose. If you heard the KWM Oscar Show, you know that bit of news delighted Ethan and Kelly who had both seen the film and raved about it. No Country was the best film and won, Daniel Day Lewis and Javier Bardem were the best and won. Not much to say about it.

In my opinon the single best moment were the speeches by Glen Hansard and Marketa Irglova, the writers of the Oscar winning song from the film Once. Listen to the words of the speeches and try not to be inspired.
