The game is easy. Call in and listen to a snippit of three songs. After you hear each song, simply identify the band (for 1 point) and the name of the song (for another point). Maximum 2 points per song for three songs: Maximum 6 points.
--The first song is EASY (think Stairway to Heaven by Led Zepplin or Jumping Jack Flash by The Stones). The theory is that ANYONE that plays will get these first two points.
--The second song is MEDIUM (perhaps American Idiot by Green Day or School's Out by Alice Cooper). The theory, here, is that the average person can get one of these two points. Perhaps they know the song, but not the artist or vice versa.
--The third song is HARD (maybe Space Oddity by David Bowie or Pac Man Fever by Buckner and Garcia (huh?)). The theory here is that only an ULTIMATE MUSIC MASTER can get these points.
The person with the most points after an hour of play is crowned Ultimate Music Master for that two month period and gets to play the in the finals in December for the title Ultimate Music Master 2007.
